I focus on the two things that sit at the core of CRE finance: understanding what an asset is worth and whether it can support debt. That means DCF valuations, NOI analysis and market comps on one side, and credit underwriting, risk ratings and stress testing on the other. I have worked across office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hospitality assets, and I am a CFA Level II candidate.
